We instruct behind the wheel lessons: Mondays - Thursdays 9:30AM - 8:30PM Fridays and Saturdays 9:30AM - 6:00PM. To allow our team to rest, Safe Pass is closed on Sundays. We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (close early), Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve (close early). If you would prefer to call, you may contact us at 216-268-9722, and leave a voicemail with your name, the best contact number for you, and the reason for your call. Our goal is to address all inquiries with a text message, email, or call within two business days, regardless of the initial form of contact. Due to the nature of the driving school, our classroom is not regularly staffed, and during normal business hours, we do address all calls and messages in the order in which they were received. Please note: our Instructors respond to phone inquiries as they are able. For the safety of our students, our Instructors are prohibited from taking or making calls during behind the wheel lessons.
