Fridays and Saturdays 10:00AM - 4:00PM.

We instruct behind the wheel lessons:
Mondays - Thursdays 9:30AM - 8:30PM
Fridays and Saturdays 9:30AM - 6:00PM.

​To allow our team to rest,
Safe Pass is closed on Sundays.
Most Instructors also have off for one additional day each week, and they are not expected to be checking their Safe Pass texts or emails during that time.

Safe Pass is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (close early), Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve (close early).

​Inquires are responded to by Safe Pass Instructors, all of whom are instructing students most of the day.
Responding to texts and inquires on this page is our priority.
Responses by phone call will be much slower.

To provide the best support possible, communication with currently enrolled students and their families is our top priority.

​Our goal is to address all inquiries with a text message, email, or call within two business days, regardless of the initial form of contact.

Due to the nature of the driving school and the demand for Instructors, our classroom is not regularly staffed.
During normal business hours, we do address all calls and messages in the order in which they were received.

Please note: our Instructors respond to phone inquiries as they are able. For the safety of our students, our Instructors are prohibited from taking or making calls during behind the wheel lessons.
