Teen Classroom + Behind the Wheel - $410
This course covers the state-mandated 24 hours of classroom time and 8 hours behind the wheel with a licensed Driving Instructor.
Teen Behind the Wheel for Online Students - $425
​This course covers the state-mandated 8 hours behind the wheel with a licensed and trained Driving Instructor. To be eligible for this package, the student must have completed an approved online driver education course and have received the online course completion certificate from the online driver education school.

Teen Test Prep + Car - $145 ​ (Course Add On)
This is a great opportunity to boost your confidence and solidify those skills! This includes behind the wheel practice with your Instructor before your test on the day of your test and use of the Instructor vehicle (up to 30 minutes) for your test. (Typically, the vehicle provided on test day is the vehicle the student has been driving during their lessons.) ​

We require that our Teen Driver Education students have at least 10 hours behind the wheel on the road with a licensed driver before beginning to work with their Driving Instructor on the required 8 hours of behind the wheel driving instruction.
That can be a lot for some students and their families to handle.
And we're happy to help!
This course covers those 10 hours, working with your teen from square one to build the necessary foundation from where true driver education can begin.

Teen The WHOLE Thing + Classroom - $3500
​State educational requirements for licensure after attaining a permit - 24 hours of classroom time; 8 hours behind the wheel with an Instructor; 50 hours (10 of them one-half hour after sunset and/or one half-hour before sunrise) with a parent/guardian/Instructor (in addition to the 8 with an Instructor).

This course fulfills ALL requirements the State of Ohio sets for your teen to both test and to get behind the wheel safely and independently. 24 hours of classroom time with a live Instructor. 58 hours behind the wheel (with at least 10 of them scheduled for one-half hour after sunset and/or one half-hour before sunrise). We'll also include practice starting an hour before the road test and use of a Safe Pass car for the test itself.
Teen Half and Half + Classroom - $2150
State educational requirements for licensure after attaining a permit - 24 hours of classroom time; 8 hours behind the wheel with an Instructor; 50 hours (10 of them one-half hour after sunset and/or one half-hour before sunrise) with a parent/guardian/Instructor (in addition to the 8 with an Instructor).

This course provides a great opportunity for parents/guardians and teens to partner with Safe Pass! We'll provide 24 hours of classroom time, 33 hours behind the wheel (the 8 required with an Instructor and 25 of the additional required 50, with at least 5 of them scheduled for one-half hour after sunset and/or one half-hour before sunrise). We'll also include practice starting an hour before the road test and use of a Safe Pass car for the test itself. This course fulfills all of the classroom requirements and more than half of the BEHIND THE WHEEL requirements the State of Ohio sets for teens to both test and to get behind the wheel safely on their own.

We'll also include practice starting an hour before the road test and use of a Safe Pass car for the test itself. This course fulfills all of the behind the wheel requirements the State of Ohio sets for your teen to both test and to get behind the wheel safely on their own.
Teen Half and Half for Online Students - $2130
​State educational requirements for licensure after attaining a permit - 24 hours of classroom time; 8 hours behind the wheel with an Instructor; 50 hours (10 of them one-half hour after sunset and/or one half-hour before sunrise) with a parent/guardian/Instructor (in addition to the 8 with an Instructor).

This course provides a great opportunity for parents/guardians and teens to partner with Safe Pass! We'll provide 33 hours behind the wheel (the 8 required with an Instructor and 25 of the additional required 50, with at least 5 of them scheduled for one-half hour after sunset and/or one half-hour before sunrise). We'll also include practice starting an hour before the road test and use of a Safe Pass car for the test itself. This package fulfills more than half of the BEHIND THE WHEEL requirements the State of Ohio sets for teens to both test and to get behind the wheel safely on their own.
Teen Skills Check Up - $65/hour (Course Add On)
​This course is for any student who has received instruction from one of our Instructors within the past two years and has attained their driver license. 

We recommend at least two of these -- one 3-6 months after licensure and one 12-15 months after licensure. We'll take our students to the places they drive most often, evaluate their skills (We know what they looked like at the end of driver ed, and we'll help them to get back to that level!), and make recommendations for further development. We'll also work on skills that parents can sometimes be hesitant to develop further, like freeway and city driving.
Juvenile Driver Improvement Program
According to Ohio Driver Training, "The Juvenile Driver Improvement Program or Juvenile Remedial is a 6-hour (classroom only) course required by courts and Ohio BMV for teens who have received a second or third traffic conviction. The course discusses reasons to modify unsafe driving behaviors and decisions teens make as novice drivers."

Please note: students must meet all State teen driver education requirements before registering for one of these courses.

Driving Lessons – 12 Hours - $740
This course includes 12 hours (six 2-hour lessons) of behind the wheel instruction with a licensed Driving Instructor OR 12 hours of classroom instruction with a licensed Driving Instructor OR a combination of the two. This course is great for:

- a teen or adult looking to supplement a state-required course;
- an adult (18+) with very little experience behind the wheel. Your Instructor will work with you to develop your skills from the very beginning, coaching and supporting you every step of the way. As you learn the basics of operating a vehicle and gain confidence behind the wheel, your Instructor will continue to evaluate your skills and create personalized lesson plans that will help you to both drive safely and to pass driving exam when the time is right.

Based upon Instructor evaluation, part of this course can be used for practice before driving exam on the day of the exam and use of the Instructor vehicle for the exam.
Driving Lessons – 6 Hours - $395
This course includes 6 hours (three 2-hour lessons) of behind the wheel instruction with a licensed Driving Instructor OR 6 hours of classroom instruction with a licensed Driving Instructor OR a combination of the two. This course is great for:

- a teen or adult looking to supplement a state-required course;
- an adult (18+) with some experience behind the wheel. This will give your Instructor the ability to evaluate your driving and create a plan with you to cover the skills needed to both drive safely and to pass the driving exam when the time is right.
2 X 1 - $70/hour (Course Add On)
This course includes behind the wheel lessons in 2 hour increments, which can be added on once you have submitted your completed registration for one of our other courses.
