According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH)...
...the period of highest crash risk for teens is within the 3 months following licensure. A 2018 report in Insurance Journal highlighted NIH's study, warning that "Teens are also four times more likely to engage in risky behaviors, such as rapid acceleration, sudden braking and hard turns, during this period." Even after attaining a license, we continue to learn and develop both as people and behind the wheel. This special package – personalized to build upon your teen's driver education experience – supports that continued development, offering insight into their current habits and instincts and recommendations for their safety moving forward.
