Lesson Change Fee
At Safe Pass, we do everything we can to work with our students to schedule lessons that work with their schedules and to remind them of those lessons through the sending of calendar appointments for all lessons and, when possible, text messages before their first lesson, which includes a reminder of everything they need to have/present to begin behind the wheel lessons.
When Instructors are working with students to set dates for their lessons, they are reminded at least twice that any request to change the date of a lesson once it is set, regardless of reason, may be accompanied by a $10 lesson change fee. This is in an effort to minimize the number of calendar adjustments and to help the student to be able to complete their behind the wheel lessons in a timely fashion rather than to have their completion date pushed back.
