Need your course completion certificate a bit more quickly? This will ensure that your certificate is available within approximately 3 business days of completing a state-mandated driver education program, approximately 3 business days of this request, or approximately 3 business days of submitting any outstanding fees, whichever comes later.
Please note: Safe Pass works directly with the Ohio Department of Public Safety to provide course completion certificates and is reliant on the full operation of their systems to be able to provide course completion certificates. Safe Pass is not responsible for the operations of those systems or its inability to provide a completion certificate should those systems be down.
